I know what it feels like to build something from nothing.

I started Caffeina & Co during COVID with a single coffee cart and grew it into one of Melbourne's most recognised event and catering brands. Over five years I built a team that stayed, a culture people were proud of, and a business that genuinely brought communities together.

But I also spent over a decade before that in Health and Safety and Human Resources — watching workplaces either lift people up or quietly wear them down. The contrast was stark. And it made me deeply passionate about what intentional leadership and culture can actually do.

I'm a certified Human-Centred Coach and accredited executive member of the Association for Coaching. What I bring to every client isn't just methodology — it's lived experience. I've built teams, navigated pressure and learned firsthand what it takes to create a workplace where people genuinely want to stay.
